Acclaimed drama The Wrestler TIFF’s first major purchase (CBC)

An all-night bidding war for Darren Aronofsky’s The Wrestler ended in Toronto Monday with Fox Searchlight and Remstar Media Partners winning U.S. and Canadian distribution rights for the film, touted as a triumphant comeback for Mickey Rourke.
