1st Death Note Film to Play in Canadian Theaters (Anime News Network)
Viz Pictures, an affiliate of Viz Media , has announced that the first live-action film based on Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata ’s Death Note manga will run in about 60 Cineplex Entertainment and Empire Theatres locations in Canada on September 15. There will be one showing on that Monday at each location at 9:00 p.m. local time.
